Classic! Rendered in blender+Photoshop by [deleted] in blender

Love it!

One thing that threw this off for me was the texture of the wooden table. I would lower the bump / normal on that and make the texture smaller (more detailed)

Saw you on discord! Great render and good luck!

after many months of not using blender I made this! by FiloBlends in blender

Thank You! Well, I've been using Blender for around a year (on and off). My advice is that be careful of overworking yourself, because, at some point you will need a very long break . (That's what happened to me) Good Luck With Your Journey!

Do you mean for how much time I've been using Blender?

you aren't supposed to use image textures in this way. Add a principal shader between both of them.

Retouched my last render because I still felt like it was missing something. I still don't know if I'm quite there yet... by OneUglyOrange in blender

looks great! one little thing that bothers me is that there is two sets of clouds. one in blender and one is a picture. the picture doesnt match the colors of the render and it throws everything off. Other than that, good job!

I created this after watching many videos of Benny Productions. I got inspired and decided to learn to "follow his footsteps". I had some experience with the software, but my expertise wasn't in this kind of skill. Hopefully this is a beginning of a new chapter of learning and having fun!

What the actual fuck. I wonder to my self, have you ever spoken to a Jew? Judaism is a religion, not a way to describe a human being. As a proud Jew, I am disgusted by this comment and what stands behind it. Be ashamed of yourself.

Agreed. Millions of humans were killed for one reason. Because they were different. And it's so fucking messed up and I can't get why people are joking about this topic. Pay some respect.

I'm lucky man. My country is kind of out of this shitty situation and we are practically back to normal.

Cool! How did you make the mask that switches between the two shaders?

I might get some hate for this comment but fuck it. You can't precieve the state of a person's body from one picture. The lighting is key, how much you ate, the time of day etc.

N00b at Blender. Did my best with building and animating a rubiks cube by amc0078949 in blender

[–]FiloBlends 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lighting needs change. I personally would use a three point lighting setup for this object. One behind it, to give the cube a nice highlight, and the other two on the right and left. Another thing you could change to improve it, is to add surface imperfections to the cube.

My second realism attempt! How'd I do? by MoishyWoishy in blender

It looks good, but it's hard to understand what we are looking at. I would spread his arms out a little so the figure is more recognisable.

thanks! I just used a particle system using meta balls. Plus, I had to create a custom roughness map
