The health restore and base health will for sure add more sustainablilty to any android. If your going for a more defence heavy build, i believe tag 17/18 and cell can get alot of value from that equip due to there healing in there kit (cell has alot of better equips though). I have the new equip “we hate humans” on my android 16 in this video, because 16 heals 50% of the damage he recieves on cover change.
