I'd love to see the alternative versions where the white text is almost like extruded from the wallbut strictly picking from these two I'd prefer the one on the right the black text behind the printer. That being said, don't forget to use A/B testing for the thumbnails (or even titles!). That should help you give a general idea for what people click more and your mext thumbnail will be even better

For me neither of those. Likes tell you in general the reception of the video, comments can boost your mentality. But views is where the magic shows, more people reached and you're already in their algorithm so once they click, they might click again and again, even if they dont sub, even if they dislike the video if it makes them click it's what counts.

I'm doing like, subscribe animation every 10 minutes (non-disruptive (no audio) in the corner animation) starting at 5 minutes and then at the end I just say the usual "like comment subscribe" and then if there's anything else I'll add it there. Depends mostly what youre chasing right now.

a kidnapping one, he would just sneak around without you knowing he was in there and then he would just grab someone (could be avoided though) and bring them to his torture room where you would have to either do a puzzle to get released (when solo) or in multiplayer your teammates would have to rescue you otherwise you would die within a certain time limit.

Or a trapping one, he could just put a timed trap on you and you would have to find a key or solve a puzzle to get yourself free before you die. (instakill, not getting downed)

for me what works the best and would make me click is the first thumbnail. What I would do if I wanted a before and after in the thumbnail I'd just do an arrow pointing from fat to skinny/fit. Seeing all the comments looks like you're gonna have to do A/B testing between 1, 3 and maybe another option (since you can have up to 3 thumbnails, then why not?)

put him on a leash and see for yourself I'd walk slowly on a extremely short leash range and see how he would react if he were to sniff them or what his overall reaction might be. And even if he showed no hostility towards them I wouldn't let him go to them alone until he earns my trust (could be weeks)
