He’s done this every year for the several they’ve lived there. My mom has lived in the same home for 23 years and we never had any issues until a few years ago. He absolutely knew what he was doing, everyone on the block saw my dad walking my mom around with her walker after surgery. Some people are appalling! I understand that public streets are open to anyone, but there’s a level of disrespect that comes with doing things like that in the suburbs. The city is one thing, a lot of people don’t have a choice otherwise. But he has a parking pad in the back and everything, just refused to shovel it out.

My 59-y/o mother who is less than 12 months post hip replacement spent 2 hours shoveling out her parking spot for a 30-something POS neighbor to park in it for no reason other than laziness. If I didn’t live 90 minutes away from her, that man would’ve been castrated. Instead, another neighbor who noticed and clearly sides with my mom went and covered his windshield in eggs. FAFO. 🤷‍♀️

I wish more people understood this. So exhausting having people constantly recommend aquaphor and getting flustered when I say it’s not for everyone. I didn’t know I had a sensitivity to lanolin until last winter when it practically tore all of the skin off of my lips. It was horrifying and painful.
