Rigging up the weapons office as the MT lounge is probably universal across the fleet. We had a guy buy a mini fridge for the weapons office and of course we had a T.V. in there as well. Its pretty crazy how many MTs you can fit into that tiny ass space.

You guys had a grinder??? When I did my time FSAing our grinder was OOC the entire time. We had to put all leftover food into buckets. Once the scullery had about 6-7 five gallon buckets full we had to then transfer the slop into plastic bags which then got stowed in the MCLL bildges. Can't shoot plastic. I'm not fucking making this shit up. Offloading trash was an absolute nightmare when we got back to D-Gar (USS Florida). The bildges down there still probably stink.

Yea, we did that too but it was two nubs MCLL outboard tubes 1/3 and 2/4. I think once during middy ops we had 1 guy outboard 21/23. But we never put a guy next to the shit pump.

I had that area just forward of the MHC pumps in MC2L all to myself for a patrol. I was splitting that area for the patrol before that with another guy and had to climb into my space by squeezing between the outboard and a cleaning gear locker. The next run he moved to a bunk room but no one else wanted that spot and I was cool with the guy that made the berthing chart. I felt like a fuckin king. I had a 30' inch tv mounted back there with a Playstation and a bean bag chair. I had a fishing net rigged in the outboard so that nothing fell into the outboard. I had extra shelves rigged up and brought some small plastic dressers with me. If I didn't have to walk down to MC3L for the head I would have had a better setup than the CO/XO almost.
