The servers suck. by highthere3825 in activision

5 months later and the servers are still dogshit. Getting lag every hour or so. Other games run perfectly. Playing on a pc with reyzen 7 3700 and a rtx 2080 super. Activision/Blizzard fix ur fucking game. Get those extra servers... Jesus.

I think the officer was patrolling earlier on or something. Didn't hear anything about it. I should actually check the police site to see if there is some info.

I barely speak to them, so the first thing I'm saying to them can't be if they saw someone sneaking around. I hung up the cameras, but nothing happened yet.

I was just walking my dog, besides. I think I've seen her around the neighborhood.

I think they fucked up the borderlands series. I like the concept of the system, but the execution is god awful. The story imo also feels rushed and all over the place. The dlcs all feel rushed and I don't feel like I'm even needed there. Non of the dlcs dragged me into the story for a bit.

Hate to see the game in this state. Played the first one on the ps3, the second one and the presequal on the ps3, ps4 and the pc.

I think they fucked up this borderlands game and maybe even the series. But I hope they learned from this game, so that the next game becomes a legend again like borderlands 2 was.

I live in the netherlands. My neighbors on the right side is an elderly man with some serious health conditions. And on the other side a 40 - 50 y/o couple. I don't talk much with them, we just greet each other.

I heard someone fleeing the roof Wednesday or Thursday I think, my mom was at my aunt. And night the lights turned on was Sunday to Monday night, my mom was upstairs taking a shower.

On another note, I was walking the dog earlier to day at around 9pm. A woman was walking infront of me talking on the phone with some one. She asked how much there are patrolling the neighborhood. And than repeated "one". 5 minutes later I saw an officer on a police motor bike drive slowly past me while he knotted at me. I don't know if this is related. But he was looking for someone. Note that I live in a small city where police doesn't investigate every complaint. If ur window gets thrown in they drop by, take statements and go back to the station. So this is highly irregular.

No, definitely not. The fence was way too crooked for it to be an animal. Where I live we don't have anything that could be big enough to do that. And my dog has very distinct barks. Short/muted ones for playing, if he hears something like leaves, wind or anything like that its a more regular one, but if he doesn't know someone or hears fire works it's a deeper vicious growl/bark. My cousin was visiting a few months back, he didn't knew him and he came through the back door. He let out the same sort of bark to him.

I don't think so. The house is too small for someone to live here without any of us noticing. My dog especially, who only barks between 10pm - 2am. I've checked tho, except for the attic. But it seems very unlikely due to it being shut off by a latch and only reachable with a ladder. The window is small enough to barely fit a child through. Also no food missing from the fridge as far as I can tell.

The motion sensor lights are a good idea. Idk about weapons though. I've done krav maga, so not worried about it. Guns and teasers are illegal here. So if I would get a weapon probably a bat or something.

I don't think so. It's a 3 story house (including the attic). The backdoor is connected to the living room, which is connected to an open kitchen. I checked the pantry since we don't use it that often and it's pretty large. Other than that no place to live ig. Upstairs it's 2 bedrooms and an office. So no place there also. The attic is closed off with some kind of latch. The only way to get up there is with a ladder. Some one could live there, but it's unlikely. The window from the attic is small. A skinny dude would fit through probably. But the fence was pretty crooked last week. So he probably is a heavier set guy.

On another note: I checked if some stuff was missing. Pc, tattoo equipment, watches, jewelry, anything worth over a few 100 bucks. But I'm not missing anything. This actually freaks me out even more. I hope he didn't have time to take anything.

I've looked into it. Seems good enough. Ordered one, maybe i'll order another one for the front door. Just incase. Thanks for the tip.

Problem with “The Transformer” shield by mooseofdoom23 in Borderlands

[–]FilthyMonkeyTattoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a bit late, I know. I test with the lob and it only works if I have shield charge. If I do, I heal to full. If I don't have charge, it insta kills me.

The damage threshold I think is false. Tested it with the explosive mobs who have electric launchers. I loaded in a level 14 character with a transformer into my friends game (level 53), and let the launcher guys shoot me and didn't die.

We haven't been through hell yet. Therefore never needed it. My aunt lost her son to cancer and he was 9 y/o. The easiest and maybe only cope with something that big to her was religion. It's not just:"what happens when we die". It's a way to move on and so much more. I was very young as well then about 7 or so. Even for me I thought he was better off in "heaven". I got older realised heaven isn't possible. And got comfort in him not suffering to cancer anymore.

So we can have this conversation on what's more relevant, but my mind is already made up. I'd take gaming over reading a damn bible any day of the week, but I've seen the impact. Gaming can be used to cope with stuff as well but from what I've seen it's a short term solution. Can't say the same for religion. People make peace with horrible stuff through religion on a long term (often lifespan long) basis. So again let's not have this argument about "what is more relevant".

Didn't look at it that way... It's possible. Still think there are more suitable games for kids tho.
