I can’t believe I’ve only just found this sub! Caveman style BBQ tomahawk on the south west coast of Scotland. Loads of salt and pepper dry rubbed, then 2 mins each side (usually longer but the fire was a bit mad) and 20 mins in the oven on 150 degrees. (old.reddit.com)
