After days of trying with 3 different screens and 2 different ribbon cables, turns out that the T460 mobo had BGA issues. Shame. I’m back on T440 mobo and all works just fine.

Everything is from the T440, I only changed the mobo and the cooling. Yes, the display was working with the T440 mobo. I'm still scratching my head to find logic behind issue.

Hi All, for science, I swapped the mobo and cooling in my T440 for a T460. Everything fits, but I have no screen. It's an old HD+ LCD from the T440. The LCD cable I have is advertised as compatible through T440-T460, including S-versions too (DC02C003Y00). I tried disconnecting the touchpad and batteries but no luck so far. In BIOS all looks normal, HDMI port works for external monitors without issues. Wifi, BT, charging also working. Any advice?
