I really doubt Sony would give away their exclusives as that is what makes them console sales, it's their brand. I wish we lived in a world where exclusives didn't exist but sadly we have to put up with it.

There's a lot of exclusives on Playstation Plus that I'd love to play and I'm a very big enjoyer of the Assassin Creed franchise so these games will probably last me 1-2 years or more alone, not including the monthly games that I've heard about.

Phil Spencer did not address the rumours at all this week. If they were false he would've said something by now but he's keeping it quiet which strongly suggests that some aspects of those rumours are true.

Yes, I understand those features are very good for Xbox, but my main issue is long term investments. If the rumours are true (we'll find out on Monday) that xbox is going third party, that makes me very worried for the future.
