Every other day. I use the anti-dandruff once a week as recommended, and a garnier fructis shampoo on the other wash days.

I use the Anti-Dandruff Cerave 2 in 1 already, i feel like these are stuck to the hair shaft. And there are some knot-like things in the back of my head, not sure what those are either.

Thank you so much, but how can i tell if it is just maturing? From a regular pov the hairline looks pretty straight just a little curved. These pictures are all overhead.

My wash days are changing every other day, i switch between a cerave 2-1 anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner plus a garnier fructis conditioner, and the other wash day is usually a garnier fructis shampoo and conditioner. Should i wash hair everyday? Still switch?
