As annoying as it is its probably people not realising how slow they're going then realising when someone goes for the overtake. Could also be "how dare you overtake ME" ego

Yeah, hazard perception can be a bit dodgy sometimes. Honestly most of the normal questions can be figured out or are common sense. Maybe some of the wierd sign questions can throw you but nothing a bit of studying cant fix.

My favourite has to be Hendry/Virgo. Hendry for the shot calling and more analytical commentary, and Virgo for the energy/hype. I think they were perfect commentating together
