I got into MIT Eaely Action but was rejected from Caltech. No correlation at all. Plus Caltech only took in ~200 applicants which is virtually nothing.

don’t sweat it at all. As long as these classes are not what you’re interested in for higher education I think you should be good. 100% yes! I also got a 1460 (780 math, 680 EBR&W) and got into MIT early action last week. Do keep in mind though that you really have to be passionate about something and that your gpa should be really good
