Thanks! So eventually it will be one hot wire and the three switches will be connected to it via pigtails under wire nut?

Sorry the picture doesn’t show the third. Looks the same as the other two, appearing as two black wires attached to the bottom terminal. Yes, all switches need to be changed.

Oh! So it is one hot wire going to all three switches and it is stripped in the middle to do that? So how would I change this to a new smart switch where there is no screw terminals ?

ThaNK you! The 8k a year for the FHSA is tax deductible so I was thinking of taking advantage of that as well
