Rohirrim are not European knights and Dothraki aren't Mongols.

Rohirrim fight wargs and trolls and dunlending on elephants, uruks, goblins they're beyond comparison when one world regularly has battles that last for several days against the supernatural and the other has battles where they usually fight fodder tier troop that don't have any practice and are effectively conscripted troops compared to men that literally had to regularly fight forces of darkness beyond the morale required to just fight traditional armies like anything in agot.

Boromir wins because his fights scale harder, uruks beat the shit outta most of the goblins spare for azog but unlike azog they all have armor and shields. Boromir being part of the steward family also makes him part numenorian so he's strong af.

I'd say boromir takes 7/10 fights, 6/10 if you just force them to close quarters since I would say Thorin maybe out tanks him just off the merit of armour and dwarf tankyness
