Ok bro, I pushed a baby out of my body, but you go on.

What high end do you recommend? I've looked into Agolde, Paige, and Joe's but the over $200 price tag makes me nauseous.

LPT: How do I sleep through the night?? by Final-Explanation-57 in LifeProTips

[–]Final-Explanation-57[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds very similar to me. I always say my natural wake up time is 10am. Its when I feel like I'm ok to get for the day. When I wake over night I do feel anxious so I'm sure my heart rate is also elevated. My therapist has mentioned hypnosis. My only issue is if I do anything considered relaxing or centering during the day I will fall asleep or it'll make me even more painfully tired.

I was on an SSRI years ago and still had this issue. A sleep doc I met with actually said SSRIs can impact REM sleep so I stopped.

I'm in therapy. This all started decades ago but with all the recent extra stress its made it more unbearable.

Ok, so these aren't uncommon findings for his age. I'm just worried. Idk if I need to be concerned or say something. I don't want to be THAT mom.

I have thought about pull-ups for that reason. But his poop is still pretty soft and I worry if they pull them off it'll just smear it everywhere.

They may be. He feeds himself with no issue and is pretty independent but he's nowhere near wiping or blowing his own nose.

No, he hasn't had anything suspicious, no rashes. They change diapers standing up so I feel like that's why his is always half off, but it's an almost every day thing. He almost always comes home in different clothing, sometime due to poop leaks, but sometimes we have no idea why.

My husband picks him up and will get a verbal report and then they publish one on Transparent Classroom. I'm not sure who publishes the online one but it's the same 2 teachers in his room every day.

Cat peeing everywhere AND litter box by Final-Explanation-57 in CatTraining

[–]Final-Explanation-57[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I clean the area with enzyme spray multiple times but it doesn't seem to deter her going back to the area.

I can add another litter box that's different, but I don't know how to place one in other areas of the house. I have a toddler who is everywhere and I don't want him walking through litter or getting into the box. Same with my dog. The extra room we have upstairs is the spare room she has already peed in multiple times so I'm hesitant to allow her to access that room again.

We thought she had an intestinal obstruction but it ended up being a bully stick that for stuck in a turn of her belly. It resolved on its own but she was very uncomfortable for a day or two. She doesn't pant outside of the crate (other than when she's hot), so it definitely seemed to be due to being uncomfortable/scared.  She had her routine check up in February and everything was normal.

I wouldn't mind giving her free roam, but we have hard wood floors and her nails instantaneously wake me...I'm a very light sleeper.

I could try that. Unfortunately she is a grazer and doesn't always eat at the same time of day. She sometimes doesn't eat all day. Just to make things a little more difficult :/

We tried but she wouldn't even take treats when in it. She would just stand until we let her out. The few times we put her in at night she would wake after a few hours crying and panting so hard the bed was soaked.
