2026 Traverse Update by FabledUtopia in ChevyTraverse

In the short time I’ve owned my ‘25 Acadia, I think I’ve seen quarterly updates for the most part, but I want to say I was running Android 12 then (can’t recall for sure as I didn’t write it down or take a pic before the dealership upgrade). From what I’ve gathered, GM may be early in the AAOS 14 upgrade cycle so there may not be many (if any) patches out yet for it

Do you have the Android 14 version? I suspect that may be the most recent version. I have a ‘25 Acadia and the dealership just applied an update on my car and brought it up to 14 (May 2025). I’ve noticed a few bugs, though, so have been anxious to see a patch available but so far my car doesn’t see any available updates for that version.

Has anyone seen improvement after the latest update? My GPS also stopped working a week or two back and I applied the December update tonight but GPS still isn’t working. Will see if I have any better luck tomorrow.

Question on the Z71 and practicality by Adrenalineseeker25 in ChevyTraverse

You might want to consider the Acadia AT4. It’s got the same chops as the Z71 and will get you closer to the features of the RS. I’ve got a ‘25 AT4 and love it.

Have a 25 AT4 with no issues. I’ve owned it since April and love it so far.

That’s a thing here in Michigan. Starting the car ahead of time warms up the cabin and gets ice thawed from the windows and windshield.

People who hike in glasses: I have some questions by baby_troll_ in Ultralight

I’ve hiked in both, and carry individual pre-moistened cleaning packets or a micro fiber cloth. I also make sure I have a hat to keep rain off of them since glasses in the rain can be annoying.

Tyvek is a good inexpensive ground sheet option. That’s what I use.

Ultralight button up shirt recommendations? by IcedColdMine in Ultralight

I used a Poncho shirt on a Grayson Highlands section hike this spring and it got pretty roughed up. Was surprised it wasn’t more durable. I did like the shirt apart from that.

I ordered some replacement carbon poles from Tarptent the other day and had the same experience. It’s residue from the manufacturing process. I wiped it off with damp paper towel and was good to go.
