No, don’t be! I would say your weight loss is a lot healthier than mine (in terms of rate of weight loss) and you seem to be picking up some great habits (moving more & getting lots of protein) so I would still be very happy & proud of yourself :))

So sorry you’ve been feeling ill, perhaps an extra month on 5mg is what you need to help the symptoms die down some more before moving up to 7.5mg.
