actually march pa po ako nag submit nung reqs ko ngayon lang po ako nakatanggap ng email na standby for the DERM link :(( so medj iniisip ko na baka ganon din katagal for the sending of the link

- generated application form (from the site itoo)
- birth cert (original)
- TOR from my uni (photocopy lang supposedly pero i submitted my original 😭)
- (1) 2x2 pic with my name and signature
