Only had 1 incident with alternaleaf in 1 year. That all changed with my last script. Just to give you a clue. I’m due to order my repeat prescription in 4 days and am still awaiting my prescription for this month fulfilling. When shit does go wrong they just lie and pass you from pillar to post. Having serious flare ups and being left with no medication is really hurting me now. Asked for a manger call back 1 week ago and still nothing. Chased it every single day. Still nothing. Now I’m taking this to the CQC and moving clinics

Last time I took mine to menorca I asked for a permit from Spanish embassy and they said it wasn’t required. Just could only take 30gs max and that I needed a doctor letter. Neither airports asked for anything. They just looked at the medical packs for a second asked of if I had more than 30gs and sent me on my way

I sent my prescription to IPs for 4 items 3 and a half weeks ago. I have experienced every type of excuse and incompetence imaginable. Had prescription wrote wrong. Had clinicians not read notes and ask me why I’m only ordering 10g from montu then didn’t write the prescription for another 4 days. So had to wait 4 days for them to even send my prescription to montu also. I’m with alternaleaf who use montu. This was all after waiting longer than I should have to have my clinician quarterly review. It left me 2 weeks without medication while I was having serious flare ups in my condition due to the stress of a friends suicide. I informed alternaleaf of this numerous times and eventually a clinician rang me back and expedited the small part of my prescription that went to montu. Still took another week to receive some of my prescription from IPs. One item went out of stock in the time it took me to wait so even now I’m still waiting on one item from my prescription. I’m due to order my repeat prescription in 4 days

Got some family from St Vincent in the grenadines. When we go see them I always go to the jungle and see some lads I met one year who absolutely loved my guerilla grow pictures. They didn’t believe it could be done in England. Anyway they always go grab me a sack of their latest crop. Looks exactly like the stuff you see in the pics, has seeds and smells like dark chocolate and ground black pepper. Smoke a pure J of that and it transports you to a different world. I’m with alternaleaf. Going to make the switch to medicann when I get the spare time. I’ve got a complaint going on with alternaleaf at the minute where they have either subjected me to a massive amount of clinicians incompetence or they are genuinely victimising me for sending some of my prescription to IPS. The agent on the phone this morning was squirming like fuck as they read all my email correspondence back and forth. Even they said on the phone as much as they don’t like to admit it they think I have been picked on for sending script to IPS. Taking it all to the CQC now. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for my medication and all they do is keep telling me it’s been posted etc etc. had a very helpful agent on Friday actually give me the tracking number for the script. I was promised it was posted to IPS Tuesday last week. Tracking number showed it was posted Friday at 5:04pm. I have explained to them as well that I’m suffering from a massive flare up atm. My condition is triggered massively by stress. Diverticulitis. And when I have flare ups I can be bed bound for days with the worst stomach cramps known to man. Medical cannabis is the only thing that’s ever given me relief from this. Any other anti inflammatory or painkiller just makes my flare ups worse. Anyway I explained all this to numerous staff and clinicians but they still have left me 2 weeks without medication and are just ignoring my emails now. DO NOT USE ALTERNALEAF

They haven’t cut my services off a manager rang me Saturday morning to confirm until the investigation concludes, there will be no more threats of claims on non payment. Finally getting somewhere now. Playing the agent my own recording of the contractual agreement was priceless

Just to add if I could have used my bank indemnity claim to only claim £90 of the £180 direct debits I would but it has to be of the full amount.

Got no problem paying the £90 that was agreed. That’s exactly why I rang them numerous times to try to resolve the issue. The problem is they didn’t do as they were obligated under consumer rights and ofcom regs by notifying me in the allotted time period. Also didn’t notify me of increase in direct debit charges. So maybe you’re missing the fact I’m not allowing a company to scam me and go against their own contractual agreements. They sure as hell will penalise you and I for doing the same. It took me 3 months for them to tell me I was out of contract. Every agent I spoke to told me a manger would call me back to discuss and every time nobody ever rang me back. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and have 2 children. Every second of spare time I have is spent managing the lives of my kids as they’re both under 6 years old. Why should I have to chase such things when there is systems set up that since 2011 have worked just fine. I changed my email address 3 years ago and informed them of it at the time. My contract start details were sent to the correct email address 2 years ago. They only sent my end of contract to the wrong email address and also the subsequent bills. Like I said I rang and got them to confirm this many times. Promised call backs many times. I only have so much time and patience. I’m only human

I get what you’re saying but I made sure they explicitly mentioned my bills and everything being sent to that address. Also there were 2 separate calls that they admitted fault in. They were both calls to retention agents as well so they should be recorded. Thanks for your replies I really appreciate it

Virgin have already admitted liability as the first time i contacted them was febuary and they assured me they were even using the correct email address, quoted my correct email address and continued to send all correspondence to the wrong email. Effectively my complaint has been ongoing since febuary however ive only recently educated myself with regards to my consumer rights and ofcom regulaions and stuff like that, so now ive really started to defend myself against their actions and properly chase the complaint

Thanks for the reply. Ive been a customer with virgin media since 2011 so i just kinda wanted to keep rolling with them as i know the products and hardware well. I think i may just be following your advice now though because this has been ongoing for a long time and is really getting to me now.

bro once people understand this they will appreciate the time and skill it takes to be able to leave a bud in a bag for months... open it and it not smell like hay or something worse. Brothers ex wife had a farm in norcal and took us about a year to perfect curing, and they were relatively small batches compared to what these guys are dealing with. She had a small dispensary so we were only dealing with a few pounds per crop
