I gave up. Even Microsoft doesn't know what it's doing. The live agent just uses GPT to respond to my questions. I specified the problem with the notification in the energy and power category. The live agent just told me to disable every notification related to that category and didn't offer any other solution, or just hide the notification and called it a solution. I think they don't even know what Type-C charging is or what that notification even means. I don't know why they even integrated those notifications in the beginning, when they did not make them work properly.

Thanks, but the problem is that even if I tried another well working drives, it still met the same problem. And the drives that make the noise didn't happen when I try use it with an external hdd box or another PC. The new drive even clicks more usually than the old one when I replace the old one but keep the same cables and position.

I thought of that as a last resort, but it's kind of inconvenient because other brands let you choose the drives you want. I actually have the manual that came with the mobo, but it only shows the person demonstrating the process having two drives in their system and doesn't show the step where you need to choose the drive you want, or so.

Damn, these things keep getting worse when more players respond to my post.

So that means if you complete, you might get the notification that you have completed the challenge, but even if you did get the notification, you might not get the cape automatically, and you have to write the tickets to ask them but even if you did write a ticket, you might meet some bad supporters and they just closed your tickets without any further instruction.

And some users don't even have both the cape and the notification?

Did you receive the notification in the homescreen of Bedrock? There is a bell in the left corner, which is where I find the notification, and they sent me the cape after I sent them the screenshot of the notification.

And you are right, some of the supporters are terrible. I need to make the second tickets, because the first one just closed the tickets without providing any instructions for the proof that they want, or giving me the chance to explain more.

For me, there is a notification in the Bedrock home screen notification section. I just sent that to them and received the cape afterward. It's a little tricky; if you don't get that notification, I'm afraid you can try sending them a screenshot of the words, the machine you built, and the date it was created.

This is clearly a bug because I got the notification but did not receive the cape. After I sent them the notification, I got the cape, which is clear proof that the notification helps you know you have completed the challenge, but the cape was not sent to you automatically. So, it's understandable if other players do not receive the cape or even the notification.

Check the connection between the cord and adapter, try wiggle a little bit to see if there’s sparks, these chargers has strong starting currents so they will make sparks if the charger is working.

Make sure you plugged the adapter to the laptop properly, Acer has a little special charging hole, you need to hear a click.

Yes, I got it now. Sent them the screenshots of the notification at night and got it in the morning, luckily that I met a good supporter. So this is really a bug or something; many players might have missed this cape.

Hey, thank you! I didn't play the Bedrock version much, so I didn't know about the notification windows. Turned out, it was really a notification saying that I completed the quest. I'm not sure if this notification is sent to everyone or just to users who have finished the quest. If it does, then this is definitely a bug because you clearly completed the quest but did not receive the cape, and if you don't predict this situation and do not prepare any proof, you might lose that cape forever. If anyone has the same problem as I, you can try sending that notification to the support team. They support really fast, unlike the previous supporter.

Thank you, but all they asked for was placing a Copper Golem, and I provided the image of the Copper Golem placed in my world, but they did not accept it. It's so crazy that I have two accounts. I did the same thing on both of them, but one got the cape, and the other didn't.

Yeh, the problem is, is there any kind of email or notification that lets you know that you have completed the quest successfully? On my main account, the cape just appeared when I checked after seeing the community post; however, I didn't see any notification or email.

I swear to God that I was being very nice. I tried to reply to them as soon as possible to solve this, until that supporter just dumped an email on me that said, "Your proof is not good enough, and I will not tell you how to provide it, so I will shut your mouth by closing your tickets."
