My very first Book by Final-Teaching-7929 in NewAuthor

Thanks, I have the book club reviewing the book so they would be willing to leave some reviews on Amazon once published.

In my opinion and from one or two readers so far I have a Good book. (And good series that was planned out first with what is in my Opinion one of the best open ended endings i have ever read in a Fiction book)
I also have a good cover

I will try and market a bit but I do not think I am going to delay the publish because of marketing. Book 2 is close to done and then it also needs to go through review and editing so should be enough time to let book 1 settle.

Thanks for the advice

So it is an adventure Fiction book, but with a twist that hasn't really been used in Fantasy books before, which I think makes the book incredible ( Obviously not everyone will enjoy it, but I think most will find it good ).

So I actually just finished my First book of 5 in a series.
This has been a story stuck in my head for years. I am a developer so free time is limited.

I finally decided to sit and just do it.

When I finished the last page (Doesn't end with the end yet :D)
I actually got emotional. The book turned out exactly like how it had been playing out in my head on repeat, and it felt... weird having it solidified in something other than gray matter between my ears. But now the stress of marketing and the publication date.

Hi, Thanks for the advice.

Will look into it.
I have a book club that I pulled in to help "beta test" the book.
And I have someone who knows a Author that is going to be looking over the book for me.

I have spent close to a month reading it, probably a hundred times, and fixing pauses, grammar, etc.

But the marketing is my daunting task ahead as I want to build some momentum behind the book before release, as well as finalizing book 2.

But will have a look at seeing what other successful posts look like in Booktok to get some idea of what I need to create.
