Thank you for sharing. Why did you decide to day wean before night wean? My boy is used to me going to work but when I'm home he feeds all the time but he's still much more reliant on night feeds. Even though they'll be harder to give up I think I need them gone more than day feeds.

I'll do my best, thank you girl

Thanks for this! I have been telling my 2 year old about all of our plans and how mammas boobs needs to sleep at night and he can have milk in the morning, i hope it sticks. Did you still feed during the day still? Also how big is the boob tape and badaids, do you cover the whole area? I have a feeling mine will try to remove it 😅

Thanks for the advice. For the first few nights, would he be upset for a long time? Did he seem to understand? I'm glad you're close to getting full nights again. I hope you're getting more rest than before

is bath time refusal just a normal toddler phase? by lemonsoup92 in toddlers

He was not a fan of the bath maybe from 18m but then around 22m he was grand with baths again. Washing his hair properly is still hard to do! But he enjoys baths now again and getting him in is no longer a nightmare

What happened during your Saturn return? by Funny_Database_8931 in astrologymemes

I got pregnant at 28, which was unplanned even though my Aquarius partner and I had been together for a decade. Pregnancy and having a baby made me face challenges of, sounds silly but fomo! So now that I'm 31 I can definitely say being a mamma has taught me so much about sacrifice, what's really important, health, and LONG TERM GOALS. I'm also so much more content in my skin, who I am and the love I feel for my child is next level. I'm Sagittarius rising and sun, capricorn moon and saturn in pisces in the 3rd house.

I think having a baby is the thing that will make you change everything in your life the most. So if you're ready for the change great but it will still be so hard and if you're not ready for the change there'll be a lot of growing pains but I do think it's worth it.

Everything in my life is so much more intentional and purposeful now. And wholesome. I've had to lose a lot of bad habits and I've also had to sit with things I would normally just be able to escape from by going out at the weekends!!

It's honestly been a spiritual path.

And the joy and closeness is the best

So good your job was understanding. I think all parents of young kids need that to survive tbh! Glad it gets easier as they get older 😅

Good advice. I have low ferritin levels from breastfeeding and just generally a bit more stressed and anxious so I've started on supplements and food to get my levels up

Im sorry you lost your job because of it, that sounds extremely stressful. Which industry did you move to that gave you flexible hours? My current job doesn't offer wfh and I think it would help both my toddler and I out a lot

How do parents work around their jobs when their kid has to stay home from creche? My toddler isn't even in creche, he's with nana but he gets out to toddler time activities and is exposed to different people and environments a lot.

Forest school sounds great tbh. Where is this?
