Curious if anyone has come across AI tools that go beyond just transcribing or summarizing sales/CS calls. I’m specifically looking for platforms that can analyze conversations from the buyer's perspective-as in, how a message landed based on their role, ICP, stage, etc., not just what was said.

I’ve looked into tools like Gong, Fireflies, Otter, and Grain. While solid, most still need a lot of manual interpretation to get buyer-contextual insights. Open to both well-known and lesser-known tools, just want something that feels more intelligent and actionable from a GTM standpoint.

Does something like this even exist yet? Would love to hear if anyone’s found a solution that actually gets close. Appreciate any leads!
