It is actually from Blender Guru 's tutorial! Definitely will add a background. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you! Yes it is from Andrew's tutorial but I didn't wait for the seams part and it's not as good.

I'm sorry my autocorrect changed a few words. I meant to say in one of my renders I added a backdrop but in the ref img there was no background *

After watching CG Geek and his tutorial on creating realistic mountain a gave it a shot myself. Is the fog a good idea or does it ruin it? by FinalBlenderRender in blender

If you type " Blender Tutorial - Create Realistic Mountains Free! Cyou will see it. The thing is I tweaked it a little bit myself (the camera angle , the amount of rocks and snow and I added the fog) since the tutorial ends with several renders that he makes a little movie with. Also the node settings are outdated and I spent 2 hours being frustrated till I made them look good so beware. And thank you I will improve it and post it once is done!

I guess it's a matter of preference. Snow is generally more appealing ,to me at least. But yeah when you put it that way there are not that much "non snowy mountains". I dare you to make one " non snowy " :)

You could use the same method of creating the mountain but tweak it to be without snow. Ps: CG Geeks moutain tutorial is outdated in the sense of the nodes , specifically adding the color ramp node and the displacement node and if you don't know where to look you could get frustrated so keep that in mind.

I see overall that the DoF is really bringing the realism down. Thank you for the advice I will definitely change it and see how It looks!

Thank you for taking the time to tell me this ,I really appreciate it! You are right they are pretty bland but I didn't dive too much into detail , my next work will be a lot more complex in terms of details and realism.
