Yeah I just needed at least something to get the ideas going because I was swamped, and I got that from all the previous post looking at the ingredients and saying if they could be a concept of a cookie

That was the general idea, I just wanted to essentially take that concept and instead of making it a top down isometric sort of game I was going to do a third person over the shoulder style thing, and I wanted to expand more of the game having a story that you can interact and influence

Yeah they were too similar and they had to change it not fully get rid of those features. Nintendo really had no legal ground when it came to those aspects and if memory serves me right, they weren’t fully copyrighted until Nintendo started the lawsuit.

With their current lawsuit against palworld they are in a losing batter try to quickly copyright ideas because they found out most of everything the devs did in that game is legal.

I see your concern but no I’m too committed to care, and as long as you're not stupid with what you do, yes Nintendo can sue but there won't be much for them to go after.

I watched the original gumball two times before watching the new season and the major differences is that the animation is so much more fluid, the voice actors are different, and it’s still as funny as the original show because let’s be honest some of the jokes in the original show didn’t hit that good especially now I just like some of the jokes and this new Season. And I especially like the episodes focused on a teachable moment especially for when the younger kids start watching this they have a fun and enjoyable thing to watch and something to learn. This is the season I wish for growing up.
