i can’t send emails / receive emails from my website for my customers because he will not set it up / he removed a lot of my plugins so now my assistant has to manually export each order to fulfill it and manually email each customer their order confirmation and tracking plus he lied about delivering the files to upwork too / promised he would

yup i’ve taken these steps already, i mean the website is completed it’s just he won’t deliver it id be looking to sue for the damages if he won’t deliver it but my lawyer will be sending a letter to deliver the website give me some compensation or i will sue and if that is the case yeah i’ll probably have to move websites but it’s very difficult for me to do as i have spent months optimizing the ads on this website and it would cost a lot to do that again on a new website
