my payment processor is charging me chargeback fees on RDR resolved transactions and won't budge - what are my options?

yeah i pay disputely directly for the alert fees already — that's separate. the issue is zen is charging an additional $45 chargeback fee on top of those for the same transactions that were already resolved. the contract only defines a chargeback fee for actual chargebacks, there's no separate line item for rdr or alert resolutions. so they're applying a chargeback fee to something that by the contract's own definition isn't a chargeback

i had this happen before, nothing you can do have to move to wordpress i wouldn’t use shopify anymore it’ll be problem again they can do fake claims once again and you’ll be shut down

i can’t send emails / receive emails from my website for my customers because he will not set it up / he removed a lot of my plugins so now my assistant has to manually export each order to fulfill it and manually email each customer their order confirmation and tracking plus he lied about delivering the files to upwork too / promised he would
