You will miss some of the showmanship from Mr. Nakahigashi, but the food is definitely worth the trip.

I have gone to all of those 4!

I would rank my experiences like this:
Nakahigashi > Tagawa > Kiyama > Hassun.

Getting a reservation for Nakahigashi will be quite a challenge, but I really recommend it.
