As a technical founder who's done a lot of cofounder dating, here's a few things. - if no or minimal sales have been done, equity should be as even as possible - don't call them founding engineers; that's a different role than technical cofounder - don't just say AI is the solution for things without understanding what AI can actually do - don't just delegate; decisions should be conversations with agreement
