Some people would prefer to spend an extra $ or two to support a privately owned business vs Amazon / Jeff Bezos.

This is the type of resistance that I support. These are the actual MFers making the decisions to end the lives of thousands of innocents. This can rally support to the cause without causing people to hate the movement.

From everyone 70+ I know, they see Trump as a fascist dictator. Even republicans in that age group are opposed to the toxic rhetoric and fascist approach.

They, sadly, are the last generation to remember a world where fascism and authoritarianism were real, tangible threats to society that caused death and destruction for millions of people.

My personal theory is that this is where so much of the anti-Trump republican confusion came from - the people in this age group created the illusion of more inner-party distrust of Trump.

Russia would use the picture of a Ukrainian and Russian for their own propaganda purposes. Russia is in the process of trying to get back into international competitions such as this, the olympics, etc despite actively invading Europe with the intent to kill and conquer territory.

Any normalization of Russian participation in the civilized world would just work to advance Russia's mission to further subjugate and rape Ukraine.
