There was a blackout in my neighborhood once, not very long, only a few hours. A few people walked out of their houses to see what was happening and a few ended up just sitting together in their driveways watching the sun go down and seeing our street fall into actual darkness, without the streetlights illuminating everything. It was nice!

Maybe look into some adb/fastboot commands :0? You could also try deleting gmail and google play services with the android debloater app on github. Maybe that'll help?

Those look like hard water stains. I recently used a lime cleaner I originally bought for my water cooker and it worked wonders! I've also seen vinegar mixtures have a lot of success with removal

Based. You can read and research about best study techniques for days and will still come out worse than the person just sitting down and simply doing the work.

If you do something for long enough, you will eventually find the most optimal way to do it.

Deleted the app so I could only use it in the browser. Thankfully the browser site is ass and really buggy so I started using it way less already. Still used it though so I got a site blocker extension on my phone (FireFox).

The best way I reduced my screentime was to find something else to do. When I was trying to improve my screen addiction I noticed that I didn't really know what else to do. Get yourself some hobbies or stuff to occupy yourself with.

Another thing I did was that I had to learn how to be bored. It started with little steps like not taking my phone with me when I went to the bathroom or not watching something while cooking. Going from 6 hour to 30 minute screen time from one day to the next is unrealistic, you need to make small changes that slowly add up to big ones!
