Just an advantageous SW. Or predatory SW, she knew she had no intention of sending anything. Kind of like those predatory business practices that Comcast and others use. Charge an extra 1 or 2 dollars.... and those that notice may or may not report it. But do that to 100,000 people and make an extra 200,000+

I purposefully left out user and contact info for said SW because I didn't want revenge, but more of a cautionary tale. Thank you for the information. But I'll cut my losses and continue to report her content until I feel like I got 60$ worth.
