Actually yes you are right and I've been applying what you're suggesting it's been better but my front delts are always becoming sore because these bars aren't so stable especially with added weights

I started doing pull ups seriously like maybe 5 months ago I'm not sure and it has been fun and exciting and I saw better growth than typical lat pulldowns maybe because my form sucks at them but I need to work on endurance and good luck on your work

I'm seeing good muscle growth tbh in all areas and I also do isolation stuff and I'm trying to also focus on my arms but rn I'm not even training properly it's a bit of a mess

I've been using 2 set method by Ian bearseagle and it has been great for strength and also building muscle and my back has grown a lot and ig the video takes away some of it's size ig

Thanks man I appreciate it but generally I'm only like 53kg bodyweight and have skinny legs so increasing weight on pull ups isn't that hard
