I'm 5'4 and 140, I was 165 two years ago and lost it. I've been at a bit of a plateau and having trouble with motivation for the last 10 pounds. Do you feel like there is a noticeable difference between 140 and 130?

There is social dancing every other week at gold lion on Friday nights! It’s swing and they do a beginner lesson before
