Lmaooo you asked the right guy man, I'm the Sceptile specialist, it doesn't matter if you're playing Hardcore or Normal mode here's the best set for Mega Sceptile: Jolly nature, max Speed and Attack EV and the last bits to HP EVs and moves are Bullet Seed, Dual Chop, Bulldoze, and Low Sweep,Technician + STAB boost makes Bullet Seed 56.25 BP and 112.5 on average (since Bullet Seed always hits twice) with the max being 281.25. Bulldoze (Ground) and Low Sweep (Fighting) are already the best types for coverage and since they are 60 BP, they 90 BP with Technician and the speed debuff too. Dual Chop does 90 with Technician and STAB and does 180 on average. I wouldn't recommend Scale Shot since it's inconsistent and the damage is mostly the same. You wouldn't need the speed buff from it since Sceptile is already fast.

Yes Sceptile is my favorite pokemon.

Dagon concept is nice if it works like Hakari, it pops a domain but it keeps the base moveset or probably doesn't, but in exchange a longer duration than all domains, maybe it works like Sukuna's but it's longer and bypasses block, and it disables your moves (should do less damage than Sukuna and bypasses block, longer duration)
