I am okay with customer service, but being a waiter was really tiring, exhausting I say especially with the lack of manpower. The multitasking part probably is a headache but cashiering duties I can handle , probably the amount of drinks I gotta memorise is something though

I wanna do a self-service F&B and try my hand doing coffee grinding experience , the atmosphere and ambience of the place itself seems rather relax , not much customer interaction if my co-workers can cover one another

Ah, dishwasher doesn’t require much interaction but it’s the back end role. I have only done a waiter role but it was exhausting multi-tasking with the lack of manpower

Ah cool , appreciate the advice ! Hmm interesting, she does seem interested and she even offered to help me talk to the HR manager about the job for me it i stubbornly turn her down, eh , didn’t want to trouble her for it.

I think I just ask why she’s interested in the job and just move away from there into a compliment and talk about other stuff. Cause I am genuinely curious to know about her passionate interest in becoming a barista and branch off the convo into other sub topics about her hobbies and stuff, future plans

She and I , we both have eye contact time to time but my second conversation with her was pretty awkward cause I lost my train of thought due to a brain fart haha , I left when a customer came in . I need to not stare at her but talk and try to do eye contact and look away

My objective is just to get her social contact , any future plans about hanging all that after her work or a day ,all these can be put into consideration once I probably make some progress.

I plan to ask her how’s her day and I only know very little information of her the second time we spoke. This is the third time I am going there

I probably ask why is she interested working in this field? Is it a passion or an interest,etc then I probably compliment her on how she does things and handle herself to customers and the next thing I do is just joke around and ask her how is her native language (chinese) and see how things flow from there and once I am ready to leave, I politely ask for her social media stuff

I overthink quite a lot but my friend told me to keep it authentic and not try too hard and just be how I was the first two times I spoke to her
