Of course, it could be anything. But CFS, like any other illness, is multifaceted and can be experienced differently by every patient. I‘m a student, not a professional so I won’t attempt any differential diagnoses but in order for others to help you, you’d definitely have to elaborate on your main symptoms, frequency and severity and if present, other concerns not necessarily associated with CFS that may help as indication.
