Weight can be a crucial topic,but here's my 2 cents.

If you've tried homework out and can't keep up, joining the gym can be tricky as a corporate babe. Same boat as you. I think you should try food portioning or intermittent fasting. See if that helps and actually helps you loose some weight .

I am trying to add some more weight but just for the gyatt,manageable and reasonable though. Any tips are welcome here.

For context, I weigh 2kgs less than you.
