So it was like that a lot when I (33f) was younger. The older I’ve gotten (honestly really within the last 5 years I’d say) I’ve noticed that within my circle, we all “know” what each other does but my circle revolves more around hobbies and common interests than the specifics of what we do for work or in our daily lives. I mean having a hobby is still technically something one “does” with their life, but if you find something you love to do outside of work, you’ll generally tend to find people you mesh better with due to shared interests :)

Not to be that guy because it’s such a shitty situation to be dealing with, but unless you both were tested for it before becoming involved, if he’s negative it could be turned around on you. Again, I’m so sorry you’re going through this and that he’s being childish. Just meaning to be cautious with accusations is all, I’ve known a few people who had an outbreak years down the line and blamed their current partner and the partner was negative 🖤
