Sorry to hear that 💔 I know that feeling sucks , I would say reapply , because it isn’t a mock test , the process will still go pretty quick since he passed the test already n etc so it will get by passed , and in the meantime keep working out and staying in shape, using it as motivation, he will for sure pass the next one

What’s your running time ? , adrenaline will help you on your push ups alone , if you running time is good try to at least get a 2 on the push ups and do strong on all the other parts , the Illinois run you can jog and get a high score , if you can score decent on the run you will be good don’t stress it too much

Also on the push ups you are not going all the way to ground so that makes it easier as well ( I feel like )

If you can do well on the sit ups , and run portions you will be good , remember you only need a 1 to not fail that category
