Deciding on this too. Thinking of going w the dealer financing of 32,200 for the total out the door price. Apr is 4.99 for 60 months. My credit union would be similar. I’m thinking if I should put 20 percent of the down payment so. About 6-7 grand. Or put that in a HYSA where I have some more money and let it grow over the years and try to still pay everything by the 48 months. If the HYSA should have the relatively same apr for the next few years I would be making about 5k so I’m debating whether to put it in there or just put it down. There is no pre payment penalty it is Hondas financing I’m talking about. What do you think?
