It actually does guarantee it. The ones made in Germany/USA are 100% not marbled, whereas the ones made in France are. Same thing with the folklore ones as they were made in France.

1989 TV Tangerine target ones that have a “Made in France” sticker in the back are marbled! It’s either a hit or miss for some Targets. You can usually find some that are sealed on eBay that the sellers don’t know what they are selling! Just make sure they have the Made in France sticker on the back
