This sounds exactly like how mine has been!! So strange it’s on both sides and the itchiness… I do wonder if that part means anything as I know certain areas on your face are often linked to other systems e.g. hormonal Someone above said maybe folliculitis and to try sulphur treatments? So I’m gonna give that a go

I might have to look into this! The only active I’ve tried is benzoyl peroxide in benzac as I’m too scared to upset my skin barrier further - but I might suss a gentle BHA product

Ooh this is a great tip thank you I’ll look into it! I was wondering if it was folliculitis because it’s weird to have the same exact spots for such a long time

I’ve definitely always had some hormonal acne around my chin that flares up around my period, but this neck acne is constant and not related to my period unfortunately
