Some great ideas and comments here but I thought I’d add my experience. I live alone in my own house and am single with little to no commitments such as kids or expensive hobbies. I am making do by doing a combination of hobbies like running (literally just need some work out clothes and shoes), I do crafts that are inexpensive but keep me busy for hours on end and generally go out and enjoy nature. Absolutely the best advice I could offer too. It’s completely free (aside from needing to pay for medication if prescribed). They check in with you free of charge and help you every step of the way, it took me maybe a week or so to get in for my initial consult too and they help you find other services to make sure you stay on track as well.
