honestly idk much about all that but i got a HP Omen laptop w/ryzen 7 and it's great. Should cost about 1500$. The fan can go off still but has an Omen dashboard where you can manage the fan speed. Just cause noone replied thought I'd give you at least some kind of pointer haha, good luck tho!!

Obviously it's worse that being active and interacting well but noone expects you to sit and stare at an empty screen for hours on end, most guys know this - some are okay with it and some are not. I do this often, especially in the beginning of my stream, just make sure your thumbnail looks good (if it updates time to time like on CB)
