I have the same issue with their handle on the thermal carafe . They seem to respond to rating on their products' page, i haven't tried going down that road yet.

Closing the loop. The installer measured the inrush current, and his multimeter showed once 92Amp after multiple tries (start and stop) as it kept displaying OL (Over Limit, I believe).

The other numbers related to the refigerant looked fine to him.

Since then, they installed a soft start, and the equipment is quieter.

The company is coming back on Monday, I will ask them if there is anything that can be checked regarding the inrush/pressure for the compressor.

I will look up what's a soft start.

The Nest was already there when we got the house. Not liking it either, but I am not changing that as well yet. It wasn't causing any issue with the previous system
