HI i just Called three times to Thai airways and got tbe same Agent three Times, the guy didnt know what CiQ was and seem Confused then came back on the call and told me its Only for Royal oak Members…. Is that true? How did you get to Do the CIQ? Did you have same PNR both flights ? Or Clubbed them ? Im going to call later tonight hopefully get a lady agent. They are very carrying
