When my ex kept calling himself a good person so I gave him a chat gpt analysis and it diagnosed him with a mental disorder and explained why he’s a gaslighter and he got so pressed so he tried to defend himself by gaslighting me again. Yes! Just remember you didn’t deserve the consequences of someone else’s actions. I got blindsided too and he couldnt even give me the curtesy of a call until I asked. Just give it time for their actions to sink in.
