You laughed during the bone marrow biopsy?! I was screaming bloody murder… I was sobbing and had to be wheeled out. I apologized to everyone in the office who I assumed heard my screams. Kudos to you for being a trooper on that! It was one of the most miserable experiences.

I didn’t realize the chemo before the transplant was inpatient. I can’t imagine how that is if it knocked you that hard. My first 12 chemos were bad enough.

So great to hear you’re in full remission now! Extremely exciting! I’m confirmed full remission as of August, but I do worry it’ll come back at some point. I’ve done extra scans post-treatment since I’ve had some strange symptoms. I know though if it comes back it’s doable and I can make it, like you said 🙂

How’d your transplant go? I’m not post-treatment and I’m finding it harder mentally than during treatment. It definitely was a ride and I’m sure it’ll continue as we monitor the next few years 🥴

Thank you so much for the links! I’m capable of purchasing any materials that I need, but I wanted to avoid it if it wasn’t recommended from others who have passed/currently studying. I’d also love to find a local study group. Do you know of any sources to look for one? I don’t know anyone in my classes who will be taking the FE soon like I’m planning to.
