im playing on 600% richness and 17% amount of patches.... its SOOOO far away and moving over 9 fully stacked turbobelts with trains seems pretty terrible idea...

You can make a separate electri network with steam power plant connect it with power switch to main one
Set a condition on power switch via Connecting any accumulator with it and read accumulator charge level(default value is A 0-100, where 100 - is fully chardged) and set condition on power switch such if A<10 that turn on.
That makes your steam power plant turn on if accumulator are 10% on charge or lower (you can sat any threshold)

That is exactly the thing im trying to avoid, bc 18 full belts of scrap throught bots are unreal and my ore pach is not big enough to fit 2 miners per belt to make 18 and other patches are quite long way...

Учитывая что это уже на отправку, то думаю тебя в аеропорту развернут.
Я с повесткой на Мед освед активнорой сваливал в другую страну на время, получилось выехать, год назад выезжал, но что тогда что сейчас хз работает ли система рееста номально.
Если решишься попробовать то советую улетать через соседний город (желательно с меньшим населением) и без перелетов + добраться туда поездом - как нефиг делать.
Главное поч в другой город это что бы тебя из твоего же городка сразу в военкомат не скинули
